5. Virtual Currency and Purchases

Gold Coins and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value

Virtual currency and items are non-transferable between accounts

Refunds may be requested in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws

Upon approval of a refund, all purchased virtual items and currency will be reverted/removed from your account

Refund requests will not be processed if the purchased virtual currency or items have already been used or consumed

We reserve the right to modify virtual item prices at any time

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse or fraud

6. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission

User-generated content (such as usernames and avatars) must not infringe on third-party rights

8. Termination
