  • Refunds are only available for unused virtual currency and items
  • Contact our support team with your transaction details

  • 2. Request Directly From Payment Provider

  • You may also request a refund directly through our payment provider
  • Visit your receipt email and use the provided link
  • Paddle handles all payment processing and can process refunds according to their policies



  • Refund Eligibility


  • Refunds are only available for unused virtual currency and items
  • If you have already spent or used the purchased items, your refund request will be denied
  • We reserve the right to investigate and deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive



  • Refund Processing


  • Once a refund is approved and processed, all associated virtual currency and items will be immediately removed from your account
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5-10 business days
